After I didn't promptly contact the "claims department" to delay My "delivery of winnings", the Gentleman Benjamin (I believe His name was), called back & said 'did You call '.
When I told him 'no' and explained 'I checked Ur telephone number on line & last time I returned a call to Jamaica for "Publishers Clearing House" as He had claimed to be with, that required My Partner and I to send 599.00$ to receive a Mercedes Benz & a prize check, it charged 18$ plus to My phone line'.
I then heard a click before I had a chance to say 'have a nice day Benjamin'.

This is a part of the Jamaican sweepstakes scam. All operatives are out of Jamaica. They've been busted by the FBI but are still operating. BIG ILLEGAL SCAM. The show "American Greed" dedicated an entire episode to this scam. They will tell you you've won millions and a new car, but you must send them thousands to collect your millions.
