They called stating I received a US Government Grant because the Government did a Demographic Survey and I qualified because I don't have any criminal records and I pay my bills. They wanted me to go pick up the money at a Western Union, through my bank account or on my Visa card. I opted for Western Union and was asked to call back, stay on the phone line because it's recorded, and go deposit $250 at Western Union so that they can confirm the account. Once the money was there they said they would be able to transfer the money right back along with the money that was granted to me. I asked for a check and they said I couldn't get one because I didn't fill out an application and it's money coming out from the US Reserves.
