additional information my post above -- The phone said the call was from "Washington Group." It has a Baltimore area code but when I googled it there was only company in the area with that name is a property management company, and this website - http://www.cityfreq.com/phone/410317.html - lists the phone number as belonging to someone named Evalyn Mixson

This person congratulated me for being a finalist in their million dollar sweepstakes. It was an online sweepstakes but I didn't recall entering it. She said "it's just a courtesy call about a sweepstakes someone in the household entered online."
She asked my name, whether I had an e-mail address and if I was between the ages of 18-64. That's when I hung up.
