This is a scam number. Victims are told they missed a court appearance or jury duty or some other legal obligation. Victims are told to avoid arrest to obtain money in the form of a cash card like green dot, from a store like Wal-Mart, Dollar General etc and provide the person with the account number. Those funds are deposited into bank account outside the United States never to be seen again by the victim.
