Notified me that I owed money and would be sued paid 500.00 they put a bank Draft of 200 dollars per month had to cancel debt card.. still haven't received a bill

I have repeatedly received calls from this number for months stating that I had an old debt. No such debt is on my credit report initially they had claimed I owed a debt was taking me to court unless I paid money I would owe 40,000.00 I didn't know if the claims were accurate I divorced 9 years ago and was left in a bind but I was stupid enough to pay 500.00 then they put an automatic payment on my debt card for 200 a month without my consent I cancelled the card quite lucky it wasn't worst.. I still receive call treating ligation being sued ect... none of this is on my credit report watch out for this number
